  • Collaborate with the Team: Work with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • Adapt to New Tools and Technology: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
