Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, engineer, analyze, and develop software systems and delivery processes, including DevOps pipelines.
  • Model and assess software development and deployment methodologies, assisting projects in customizing Agile practices.
  • Collaborate with government leaders to define context, identify challenges, and establish a vision for capabilities, priorities, and transformation plans.
  • Develop Agile methodologies, plans, and architectures to facilitate software development and operational analysis.
  • In senior roles, manage all facets of IT application development, supervising and mentoring junior developers while collaborating with other senior developers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
    • A high school diploma or equivalent, combined with four years of additional experience, may substitute for the required degree.
  • Must obtain DoD m-IAT Level II Certification within six months of starting work on the project.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Development or a related discipline.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Possession of relevant industry-standard certifications.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for over 50% of the time.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with peers and senior personnel.
  • Frequent operation of a computer and other office productivity equipment.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment.
