About the Role
The Onsite AV Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the optimal functionality of all audio-visual equipment and integrated conference rooms within our clients' premises. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of audio-visual equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Manage a team of AV technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of audio-visual equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying knowledge to enhance services and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the audio-visual industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of audio-visual equipment and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
