We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at American Renal Associates. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care to patients with ESRD, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, physical conditions, and laboratory results to identify potential complications and develop strategies for prevention and management.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and address any concerns or questions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in renal care.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
