Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Clinician/Co-Occurring Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will provide initial evaluations, assessments, and case management support to individuals with mental health and co-occurring disorders.
Responsibilities- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Lead groups and activities to promote skill learning in wellness and recovery techniques
- Provide case management support, counseling, and crisis intervention to assigned patients
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Credentialed as a Licensed Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (LCADC)
- Valid Driver's License
- Current BLS (AHA) certification within the first 6 months of hire
- Defensive Driving Course completion
