About the Role

This rewarding role requires a Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a Delaware SLP license. You will work with diverse students to overcome communication challenges, assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs).

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups to address specific speech and language goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
  • Monitor and document students' progress towards meeting therapy goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
