At Willamette Family, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Development Educator to join our team at the Child Development Center (CDC). Our CDC is licensed by the Child Care Division of the State of Oregon and provides a nurturing environment for children from 6 weeks through 6 years of age.

The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, with a focus on infant/toddler/preschool theory. They will be able to apply this knowledge in daily activities and adapt to the individual needs of children. The role requires the ability to supervise and monitor children at all times, ensuring a safe environment.

Our CDC has been awarded a 5-Star rating in the QRIS/SPARK program, recognizing our commitment to providing high-quality care. We offer a competitive salary of $22/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
