Career Changer for Train Traffic Controller

Key Responsibilities:- Control train traffic using levers, buttons, and switches on small, medium, or large signal boxes
- Set routes for trains and ensure safe, punctual, and smooth train operations
Our retraining program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of train traffic control. You will receive full-time training (39 hours/week) consisting of theoretical and practical sections. The theoretical training will take place at our Fulda location, while your practical assignments will be conducted as close to your place of residence as possible. Our training classes consist of approximately 12 participants, ensuring a personalized and supportive learning environment.
After completing your retraining, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel as a train traffic controller. You will work in a dynamic and challenging environment, contributing to the safe and efficient operation of our train network.
