Maintenance Specialist

At Omega Senior, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the community is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of equipment and facilities.
  • Operate and maintain equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Clear snow and debris from sidewalks as needed, and assist with lawn care duties.
  • Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, carpentry, and other related maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of resident rooms/units for order, safety, and proper performance of equipment.

Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism.
