Job Description

Electrical Systems Specialist for Lift Operations

This is a highly skilled position that requires experience operating and maintaining all types of equipment in their areas of responsibility. The ideal candidate will have advanced level knowledge and use highly specialized skills in a specific area(s) of expertise. Duties are performed in all types of environments, both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe and reliable electronic operation of the lifts and snowmaking equipment.
  • Emphasis on proficiency, instruction, and leadership in lift maintenance and mountain operations.
  • Lead the completion of projects for the specialized lifting department and the snowmaking department.
  • Assist and ensure that all maintenance procedures are scheduled and performed.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of on-the-job electrical experience.
  • High School or Equivalent.
  • Four or more years of electronics/electrical experience and programming.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Five years of computer and programming.
  • Oral and written English fluently.
  • Understand and demonstrate troubleshooting skills in AC & DC Drives, AC & DC Motors, up to 1000 HP Allen Bradley SLC 500, MicroLogix PLCs programming and hardware.

Work Environment:

This position requires working in a variety of environmental conditions, including heights up to 100 feet. The ideal candidate will be able to work comfortably in these conditions and have a valid driver's license.
