Nighttime Pastry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As an Overnight Baker, you will be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries each night, ensuring that all products meet our high standards.

As an Overnight Baker, you will work independently with minimal supervision, performing a variety of tasks including baking, stocking, and sanitation. You will also be responsible for representing Panera Bread's cultural values in your daily work.

• Bake fresh bread and pastries each night
• Ensure all products meet Panera Bread's quality standards
• Represent Panera Bread's cultural values in your daily work
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Perform other tasks as needed, including stocking, prep, and sanitation

• 1-2 years of experience as a baker or bakery background (6-8 weeks of training provided)
• Ability to work 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 8 a.m. may vary)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm, energy, and positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop
