**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Nighttime Pastry Specialist to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide variety of fresh bread and pastries each night.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Bake and prepare bread and pastries according to Panera Bread's high standards.
• Ensure all baked goods are prepared and presented to meet our quality and presentation standards.
• Represent Panera Bread's cultural values and mission in your daily work.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, using your skills and judgment to make decisions.
• Perform other tasks as needed, such as stocking, preparation, and sanitation.

**Requirements:**

• 1-2 years of experience as a baker or in a related field (training provided for the right candidate).
• Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule (10 p.m. - 8 a.m.) with flexibility to adjust as needed.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
