Job Title: Radiology Technologist/UKHC

Job Summary:
The University of Kentucky is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic imaging services to patients, assisting physicians in expediting needed care, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will also be responsible for identifying images, patients, and marking images correctly for interpretation, as well as ordering exams that match the procedures being performed.

Responsibilities:
Perform or assist in procedures per department protocols
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Utilize proper procedures for identifying images, patients, and marking images correctly for interpretation
Order exams that match the procedures being performed

Requirements:
AS degree
KY Radiation Operator's License
Basic Life Support certification via AHA within 90 days of hire
Eligible for American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) at time of hire

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in radiologic technology

What We Offer:
Competitive salary range: $21.00-34.29/hour
Attraction Bonus of $24,000 with an 18-month commitment
