Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Horseshoe Bay Resort. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare menu items to order, using fresh ingredients and adhering to recipe guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member and guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Stock and prepare for expected business each day, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or resort setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and members.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and reaching.
