Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team at Mossi Home Services LLC. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Administer medication according to established guidelines and protocols.
  • Aid in implementing treatment plans, training programs, and behavioral plans to support individuals in reaching their full potential.
  • Encourage community participation and socialization to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
  • Document observations and daily progress notes to ensure accurate record-keeping and communication with team members.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless support and care.
  • Assist individuals with cleaning responsibilities and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Transport and accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and shopping, promoting socialization and community engagement.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned by your supervisor to ensure the highest level of care and support.

Requirements: A passion for supporting individuals with disabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
