We are looking for a skilled professional to take on the full-time role of Jr. Land Survey Project Manager within our Computations division.

  • Key Responsibilities

This position requires prior experience. The successful candidate will possess some office and field surveying expertise and will be responsible for:

· Preparing and processing residential subdivision plats, easements, and rights-of-way under the guidance of a licensed Maryland land surveyor.

· Conducting online research, organizing documentation, and analyzing deeds, plats, and other publicly accessible property information sources to develop foundational drawings for land development initiatives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Familiarity with MicroStation is advantageous but not mandatory.

· Experience in interactions with relevant regulatory bodies.

· Familiarity with networked desktop computer systems.

· Strong communication abilities.

· Commitment to regular in-office attendance, capability to work independently with guidance, and a strong desire to grow and advance in the surveying profession, both individually and collaboratively.
