We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our Vascular Lab team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing specialized procedures and operating ultrasound equipment to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform ultrasound procedures and non-imaging studies for vascular and other specific areas as required.
- Operate all types of ultrasound equipment and perform portable exams in various areas throughout the hospital.
- Record images and make hard copies where applicable.
- Schedule and complete exams using IDXrad as applicable.
- Process labels, folders, and films.
- Serve as a resource to sonographers, MDs, and students.
- Specialized post-secondary training equal to two years of college.
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) registration required.
- BLS certification required.
