PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Plan and oversee all automated warehouse operations to ensure precision, efficiency, and timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Facilitate seamless product movement to optimize operational capacity.
  • Track system downtimes and implement improvement strategies within the supply chain.
  • Enhance system capacity utilization by identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
  • Engage in troubleshooting and conduct root cause analysis for complex automation system challenges.
  • Work alongside the technical team to develop and implement best practices for automated warehouse functions.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, ABILITIES):
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an automated warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve equipment and process challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Willingness to work in cold environments, with temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit, using provided protective gear.
  • Comfortable in environments with varying noise levels.
