We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Interface Specialist to join our Marketing and Sales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all telephone customer service and customer chats.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond to complex written inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions
  • Plan, create, implement, and systematically evaluate quality assurance measures, particularly in the area of telephone customer service
  • Develop training materials and process manuals for our team, ensuring knowledge transfer
  • Design and continuously adapt our customer dialogue tool on our website and FAQs for telephone customer service
  • Conduct training and briefings, create evaluations for our ticket system and CRM, and consolidate customer information at customer touchpoints

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong foundation in business administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in digitalization or IT systems. You will also require professional experience in change and process management, as well as quality management, preferably with relevant experience in customer service.
