Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Echo Vascular Technician to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe. As a key member of our Cardiopulmonary Department, you will be responsible for performing echocardiography studies, noninvasive vascular studies, and EKGs on patients according to physicians' orders.

Responsibilities
  • Perform echocardiography studies, including adult, pediatric, neonatal, and transesophageal echo
  • Conduct noninvasive vascular studies, including carotid duplex, arterial and venous duplex, and plethysmography studies
  • Operate EKG and holter monitoring equipment
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements
  • Registered in one of the following: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or Registered Vascular Technologist from ARDMS; or Registered Cardiac Sonographer or Registered Vascular Specialist from CCI
  • 1 year of experience in performing echocardiography studies
  • Current BLS certification
