Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Program Director in setting and implementing program goals, work closely with senior staff, and ensure the timely submission of reports to funding sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Director in developing and implementing program strategies
  • Work closely with senior staff to understand contractual obligations and ensure compliance
  • Prepare reports to funding sources, including data analysis and presentations
  • Attend department meetings as required
  • Help organize and plan staff trainings
  • Monitor staff performance, including case reviews and structured observations
  • Submit monthly reports to the Program Director, or more frequently as needed
  • Provide quality assurance for case management input and charting in client-based data systems
  • Conduct program audits and report findings to the Program Director and Department Director

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year's experience in social services
  • Bilingual verbal and written skills preferred
  • Proficiency in modern business communications, including virtual meeting platforms and electronic mail
  • Experience in program coordination, preferably in a nonprofit setting
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Fiscal management expertise, including budgeting and reporting
  • Knowledge of public benefits, immigrant services, and the migrant shelter system

Salary Estimate

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
