As a crucial member of our security team, your primary role will be to ensure the safety of our staff, guests, and brewery assets, while fostering a welcoming and secure atmosphere for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet every visitor with warmth and inclusivity, serving as the first and last impression of our brewery.
- Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards within the brewery.
- Become well-versed in all guest policies and ensure compliance with our C.U.P and local regulations at all times.
- Prevent entry of intoxicated individuals or unaccompanied minors into the venue.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the vicinity, including performing sweeping duties as necessary and guiding vendors and performers to designated areas.
- Address any disruptive guests or those showing visible signs of intoxication with professionalism and clear communication.
- Monitor guest flow, tracking entries and exits, and implement orderly wait procedures when capacity limits are reached.
- Welcome guests with reservations or special events, and notify the Manager on duty of their arrival.
- Adhere to all protocols outlined in the security plan.
Essential Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
- Active Guard Card Certification (to be obtained within 6 months of employment - California only).
- Prior experience in security or door staff roles is preferred.
The hourly wage for this position is $20.
