Norco, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Clinical Respiratory Specialist.
The Clinical Respiratory Specialist is tasked with the assessment, procurement, and installation of all Category II and III devices, including rehabilitation services as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with patients, healthcare providers, therapists, insurance representatives, and referral sources to ensure optimal equipment solutions for clients.
- Conduct assessments in various settings including homes, clinics, nursing facilities, and hospitals.
- Provide sales assistance and product demonstrations to the healthcare sector.
- Oversee the Quality Improvement Program.
- Address equipment issues related to oxygen and respiratory services during business hours and as necessary outside of regular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Promote Norco services to referral sources.
- Coordinate with customer service personnel to manage respiratory-related discharges.
- Comply with all established procedures, policies, and safety regulations.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned or deemed necessary.
Note: This position is part-time and temporary, with a duration of 6 months.
