Clinical Director

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our team of clinical professionals at Hannah's Children's Homes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical services, training new clinicians, and supervising the clinical staff.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality care to vulnerable children and families.
About the RoleThe Clinical Supervisor will work closely with our treatment teams to develop person-centered, strength-based treatment plans. You will coordinate care with other staff members and community agencies, provide psychoeducation to individuals and groups, and assist individuals and families in understanding and choosing options of mental health treatment.
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also be responsible for performing specialized tasks, including involuntary hospitalization procedures (5150) and Tarasoff assessments. You will prepare reports and compose correspondence, act as a casework consultant to other clinical therapists and departmental staff, and coordinate clinical decisions in response to operational demands.

The estimated salary for this role is $ $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
