Job Summary

Maryhurst is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team as a Treatment Supervisor. This is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience working with children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the treatment process for client caseloads, facilitating and supervising the treatment planning process and completing all clinical documentation within stated timeframes.
  • Serve as a liaison and representative for child, family, and outside agencies, providing direct services of weekly individual and group therapy, as well as family therapy as indicated.
  • Interface with other community resources, such as legal and medical systems, and connect all services within the Maryhurst system for individual clients.
  • Ensure timely development and monthly evaluation/updates of treatment plans, and complete those within stated timeframes.
  • Complete documentation necessary for service reimbursement by various funding services, and ensure appropriate transfer/termination planning, including referrals and recommendations for ongoing services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience working with children and families.
  • Ability to supervise the treatment process, use alternative forms of treatment, and experience facilitating teams.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, assessment, assertiveness, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with DSM V.
