  • The ideal candidate for the Senior Accountant position should possess a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in SEC reporting along with a CPA certification from a reputable national CPA firm.

  • This role involves assisting in the coordination, management, and reporting of the organization’s financial statements to the SEC, which includes the preparation of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, Earnings Press Releases, and Statements of Change.
  • Responsibilities include financial statement consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and managing foreign currency exchange rates and translations.
  • Prepare footnotes and Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) comments.
  • Engage in technical GAAP research, interpretation, and application.
  • Work on intricate accounting research and special projects.
  • Involvement in derivative accounting, investment accounting, pension accounting, and stock-related accounting will also be part of the role.
  • Prepare cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with the executive management team and CPA firm for audit support.
  • Additional responsibilities will encompass internal financial reporting, coordination of external audits, and Sarbanes-Oxley documentation.
  • This position offers high-level exposure and collaboration with the senior executive team.
