Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate renewal of policies
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management
* Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth and retention
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of client coordination and/or claims management experience
* OR High School degree with 8+ years of client coordination and/or claims management experience
* License required
* Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
