OR Manager

Camp Lowell Surgery Center, a multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center, is seeking a skilled OR Manager to lead our team of professionals. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 7 ORs, providing exceptional care to our patients, and fostering a culture of respect, support, and advocacy.

This is a full-time position working 5 days a week, with a competitive salary and benefits package. As an OR Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of our ORs, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care
• Managing a team of staff, including circulators, nurses, and other support personnel
• Coordinating with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A graduate degree in nursing or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in surgery as a circulator
• 1 year of experience in surgery management, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care
• Current AZ RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
