As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering routine daily nursing care in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards. Your duties will include ensuring resident privacy, checking vital signs, dressing wounds, and addressing questions and concerns of residents and their families. You will also be responsible for performing accurate and detailed charting of resident progress notes, timely reporting of changes in resident condition, and assisting and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain equipment, monitor residents at risk for falls, collect lab samples, and adhere to infection control policies. If you are a motivated and compassionate nurse with a strong commitment to patient care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. Requirements include completion of LVN training from an accredited school or college, a valid LVN license in good standing, and valid CPR and BLS certification. IV certification is a plus.
