Learning Experience Designer

The Learning Experience Designer is a key role at Living Spaces, responsible for crafting innovative digital learning experiences that align with the company's culture and values. This position requires expertise in digital tools to enhance synchronous and asynchronous learning for various business areas, including Retail, Corporate, Manufacturing, Guest Services, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop engaging and interactive training modules for eLearning.
- Create a wide range of learning content, including eLearning modules, interactive presentations, videos, simulations, games, quizzes, and other multimedia elements.
- Employ the latest learning authoring techniques to deliver effective, inclusive, and user-friendly digital learning experiences using Articulate 360, PowerPoint, or other course authoring tools.
- Capture and edit audio and video content to produce high-quality multimedia elements that enhance the learning experience.
- Evaluate and write scripts for training video scenarios, creating story-based videos and concepts, and aid in character development.
- Design and create engaging and interactive training modules for eLearning.
- Design materials for various modalities, embracing the full spectrum of learning environments from virtual classrooms to in-person, instructor-led classes, and online self-paced learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in post-production software, including video, audio, photography, animation, or related applications.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring software and learning management systems.
- Articulate Storyline preferred.
- Strong technical and computer skills that align with modern trends and advancements in the Learning and Development industry.
- Understanding of basic educational design principles, Instructor-led Training, ADDIE, instructional methodologies, or other adult learning theory methodologies.
