Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Optician to join our team at Sam's Club. As an Optician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and promoting our products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Maintains merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise, setting up displays, and organizing product displays.
  • Operates hardware such as cash registers and related equipment, processes member purchases, and assists in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Sells Optical products and services by assisting members with purchasing decisions, measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses.
