Independent Optometrist Opportunity

Job Summary:
As an Independent Optometrist at Sam's Club, you will have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule. You will be responsible for providing eye and vision care, as well as general health and well-being services to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality eye and vision care services to patients
- Establish and maintain a patient schedule
- Set and manage your fee schedule
- Control your days of practice and hours of operation
- Take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care, as well as general health and well-being
Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license
- Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
- Valid state ophthalmology license
- General Liability Certificate
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
- W-9

Additional Compensation:
