Position Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Clinical Regulatory Compliance, the Embryo Donation Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the process for potential embryo donors and recipients within our anonymous donation program. This position is essential for maintaining compliance with FDA regulations and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the suitability of potential embryo donors.
  • Facilitate the matching process between recipients and anonymous embryo donors.
  • Prepare and send introductory letters to recipients, explaining the donation program.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure proper cycle management for recipients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of all anonymous donated embryos in our database.
  • Collaborate with the IVF lab director to uphold current standards and practices for embryo donation.
  • Stay informed about the latest drugs, trends, and techniques in assisted reproductive technology (ART).
Additional Duties:
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Participate in continuing education programs related to ART.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with OSHA standards.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Registered Nurse License in the state of TN, with a degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • Experience in IVF and/or third-party coordination is required.
  • Current CPR certification.
