Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Quality Beverages: Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including espresso drinks, coffee, and specialty beverages, consistently meeting our recipe and presentation standards.
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Greet guests professionally, take orders accurately, and serve beverages and prepared food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the bar area and storage rooms are clean, restocked, and well-maintained, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Process Transactions: Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous work experience as a Barista or Server is preferred, but not required.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as needed.
  • Guest Service Experience: Previous guest service experience is highly valued.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity, hearing, writing, typing, and pulling a minimum of 50 pounds are required for this role.
