Barista Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at The Grand America Hotel's coffee shop, Bonne Vie. This part-time position requires weekend and holiday availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coffee Expertise: Welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs, and educate them on our menu offerings.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering questions, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee beans, stocking equipment, and ensuring supplies are adequate.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Keep equipment operating by following instructions, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventive maintenance.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations, and improve quality results by studying and redesigning processes.
