Job Title: Videographer & Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Videographer & Content Creator to join our team at Turner Mining Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Collaborate with key marketing personnel to develop and execute a content strategy that showcases our brand's story and values.
  • Content Creation: Oversee and manage all aspects of content creation, including ideation, production, and distribution for social media channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing personnel to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all content.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to inform future content strategies.
  • Trend Identification: Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging content formats/platforms to continuously innovate and improve content offerings.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in content creation, videography, and photography.
  • Skills: Skilled storyteller with a strong portfolio of accomplished works, knowledge of camera equipment, and proficiency in video and photography editing software.
