Job Title: Videographer & Content Creator

At Turner Mining Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Videographer & Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and create engaging visual content, including videos, photos, and audio, to showcase our brand and services.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all content.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of content creation, including ideation, production, and distribution for social media channels.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to inform future content strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging content formats/platforms to continuously innovate and improve content offerings.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in video production, photography, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio of accomplished works, showcasing your skills in storytelling and visual content creation.
  • Knowledge of camera equipment and software, including aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and waveform.
  • Ability to capture, edit, and produce high-quality video, photography, and audio content.
