About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school in Youngsville, NY. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely arrival of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus, providing a safe and supportive environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and school staff to ensure the smooth operation of our transportation services.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $25.00-$31.00, depending on experience.
  • A $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.
  • Paid CDL training for those who do not already hold a commercial driver's license.
  • Additional hours available for charter routes and other opportunities.
  • A performance-based bonus structure, paid holidays, and snow days.
Requirements
  • At least 21 years old.
  • A valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Subject to a drug screen and physical.
  • Subject to DOT drug testing.
