Key Responsibilities- Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing evidence-based treatment interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the patient's age, lifestyle, and goals.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately and efficiently, meeting agency and department standards.
- Participate in performance improvement and quality enhancement projects, contributing to the overall quality, efficiency, and productivity of the work group and department.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- National Registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- 1-3 years of experience in an occupational therapy/rehabilitation setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
