Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational efficiency and performance of plant infrastructure systems.
  • Guide plant personnel in the correct usage of equipment and procedures, including providing necessary training.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies to secure permits, licenses, and ensure equipment compliance.
  • Participate actively in the Safety Committee.

General Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge and experience in dairy or food production maintenance management.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance standards such as HACCP, SQF, ISO 14001, OSHA, and EMS.
  • Experience working with ammonia systems and boiler operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical failures and repair assistance.
  • A college degree is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • A minimum of three years of leadership experience in maintenance within the food or beverage manufacturing sector.
  • Certification in Refrigeration is mandatory.
  • Certification in Boiler Operations is an advantage.
