Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that the club and exercise equipment are clean and well-maintained, providing an exceptional experience for our members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all individuals entering the facility, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms, maintaining an adequate supply of towels on the exercise floor.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on all equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Special Events: Assist with special events and activities, providing support to the Housekeeping Manager as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to service athletic equipment, working with cleaning products and hand tools, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
