About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CFO level professional to lead our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the accounting department, including AR/AP, project accounting, and corporate bookkeeping.
  • Assisting in the preparation of audit schedules and working with external auditors during year-end audits.
  • Maintaining and improving internal controls and accounting policies and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry with union payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
