We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of caregivers at AccentCare. As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with serious illnesses, focusing on pain and symptom management, and improving quality of life.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state(s) practicing.
  • Minimum one year of experience in hospice, home health, or general medical-surgical nursing.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and minimum state required liability auto insurance.
