We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team. As a Hospice Nurse, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients and their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient care plans and coordinate with healthcare teams
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current RN license in state(s) practicing
  • Minimum one year of experience in hospice or related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable automobile
