About the Role

As a Sanitation Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dismantle, clean, and reassemble production and cultivation equipment, adhering to company guidelines and protocols.
  • Properly utilize chemicals in accordance with established procedures, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff members.
  • Sustain an organized inventory of chemicals, accurately labeling and storing them as required.
  • Guarantee that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) stations are consistently stocked and easily accessible.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, focusing on areas such as walls, offices, restrooms, storage spaces, and furniture, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Maintain heavy equipment and furniture, efficiently moving items as necessary.
  • Manage exterior areas and parking lots, guaranteeing they are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Respond promptly to non-routine cleaning requests, executing them according to specific job orders.
  • Remove trash and recycling daily, preparing bins for weekly collection and assuring efficient waste management.
  • Address emergency situations requiring swift action, safeguarding our facilities and employees.
  • Ensure rooms are adequately maintained, fully equipped, and ready for use at any time.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to take direction and work effectively within a team environment.
  • An attention to detail, prioritizing accuracy and precision in your work.
  • Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Display a strong capacity for organization, independence, and minimal supervision.
  • Showcase a genuine commitment to safety, promoting adherence to safety practices and serving as a positive influence among colleagues.
  • Be prepared to work overtime, including short-notice requests.
