Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to provide high-quality mental health services to our clients in an outpatient group office setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment interventions to address a variety of mental health concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with a range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
  • Participate in peer consultation groups and ongoing education to stay current with best practices in the field.
  • Supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows, providing guidance and support to help them develop their clinical skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) or a related field.
  • Licensure or certification as a psychologist in the state where you will be working.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of clients and mental health concerns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
