Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Therapy Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Tennessee. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students remotely and make a meaningful impact on their educational success.

As a Virtual Therapy Specialist, you will provide virtual speech therapy services to K-12 students in Tennessee, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering engaging therapy sessions tailored to each student's needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide virtual speech therapy services to students in Tennessee, utilizing innovative teletherapy platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to ensure students meet their educational goals.
  • Evaluate and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active Tennessee SLP license required.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents with communication disorders.
  • Experience in virtual therapy or teletherapy services is highly preferred.
