Job Title: Transformative Overnight Counselor

Sun - Wed, 11 pm - 9 am (overnight shifts)

Compensation Package:

$15.50/hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Awake Overnight Counselor at Vinfen Corporation.

This role will involve working with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing direct support to residents in their daily lives
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, such as hygiene and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks, ensuring nutritional balance and variety
  • Creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals with disabilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans to promote learning and growth

Requirements:
