As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will take charge of the comprehensive oversight of designated task orders, ensuring that all technical, financial, and logistical strategies are executed efficiently and within the established timelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in facilities management is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong interpersonal abilities.
- PMP certification and training are preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
- Capability to devise project plans and execute operational strategies effectively.
- Ability to identify actionable solutions to challenges as they arise.
- Skill in managing competing priorities and meeting strict deadlines.
- Experience in routine maintenance and oversight of multiple facilities, including minor repairs and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass the following:
- Oversee the management of task orders, ensuring timely implementation of all technical, financial, and logistical solutions.
- Manage maintenance schedules, cost tracking, and logistical needs for facilities, along with daily operations and evaluation processes.
- Act as a monitor for energy and water conservation, advocating for the future needs of each facility.
- Assist in creating efficient, repeatable processes for facilities maintenance.
- Prepare and present reports to leadership regarding risks, issues, and concerns.
- Facilitate the dissemination of guidance aligned with leadership strategies.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
