About the Role:

Katy Trail Community Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Full-Time Psychiatrist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients
  • Provide individual therapy sessions, medication management consultations, and educational outreach
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for each patient
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mental health practices and contribute to the effectiveness of our team

Requirements:

  • Strong clinical knowledge in various psychiatric conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and active listening skills to support patients in their mental health journeys
  • Problem-solving skills to adapt treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress
  • Time management skills to balance multiple patients efficiently
